The day could not have been any better when Cindy Johnson hosted a Ribbon Cutting to Re-Open Jus’ Enuff Home Cookin’ restaurant. Cindy, her husband and their staff welcomed about 30 Chamber members, ambassadors, Board members and staff. Mayor Pro Tem Charlie Adcock spoke to Cindy and her team letting them know that when there is a crisis, some folks have difficulty in picking up and moving on. Cindy had a positive attitude, got her restaurant back in shape and folks were glad that she did. After the Ribbon Cutting, Cindy prepared a light lunch for her guests. So now “Jus’ Enuff Home Cookin’ is open for breakfast and lunch. You may have to stand in line but the wait is worth the food. Congratulations and welcome back Jus’ Enuff Home Cookin’
