New Leadership and Expansion at Local Real Estate Firm

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, has appointed Holly Springs resident Amy Rogers as Assistant Manager and Broker-In-Charge of its Fuquay-Varina sales office located at 528 North Main Street. In operation since 2013 with 15 sales associates, Rogers will focus on doubling the real estate office’s team this year to serve even more homebuyers and sellers in the growing town and broader Southwest Wake County area. “Amy is a proven leader and talented recruiter making her the ideal candidate to step into this important role at our Fuquay-Varina office,” said Bill Guy, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Vice President-Managing Broker for the Garner, Fuquay- Varina and Clayton offices. “Her 13-year real estate career has afforded her great insight into the industry and given her the ability to groom agents into top-producing sales associates. Rogers began her Triangle real estate career in 2004 specializing in new home and luxury property sales. A part of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Fuquay- Varina real estate office at its inception, she served as a broker and business development manager overseeing the team’s sales volume and facilitating recruitment and training efforts.
