Linda Frenette joined the Fuquay-Varina Chamber in January 2015.
Linda’s emphasis as a forward-thinking leader is on building partnerships in the community with a focus on small business development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and education. Her intent for the Chamber is to reflect the growth and transition of Fuquay-Varina while ensuring a supportive business environment.
She encourages each Chamber member to become actively involved in the organization and the community at large. No matter the level of commitment, each member can positively impact the community.
Linda is currently enrolled in the Institute for Organization Management program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
A native of Michigan, Linda has called Fuquay-Varina home since 2001. With a degree in Business Administration and an early start in economic development in her hometown, she has established her North Carolina career in non-profit management with a strong fundraising record. The Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra, Raleigh’s Community Music School and consulting for various arts organizations are among her past endeavors.
Linda spends free time volunteering internationally as an English instructor and paddling for a Raleigh-based dragon boat racing team.
